Our Story
How It Started
Kishan founded CBB Labs because he loves finding problems and fixing them. A creative problem solver, he had spent years driving growth for marketplaces, notably ClassPass. Over time, he realized that solving problems was the work that brought him real joy.
CBB Labs is a problem-solving company, first and always. Find a real problem. Solve it well. Then solve it at a scale that makes a difference, giving people back their time or helping them make money.
In 2024, Kishan met a classical Indian dance teacher who was teaching abroad and struggling to take payments across borders. While looking for someone to help build a platform to fix it, he met Paaras through Nights and Weekends. They shared the same vision, became co-founders, and built DanceHall, which now serves 40 teachers teaching dance internationally.
Later, the Temple of Fine Arts in Texas came to them, overwhelmed by clunky software and dashboards. They built DanceHall Studios to fix it and made it voice-first. Today, a teacher runs her entire ~100-student studio just by talking to it.
Kishan built their newest product, AI Panel, from the same instinct: when a decision matters, one confident AI answer may not be enough. It puts three frontier models through three rounds of debate with live web research, then gives a verdict that makes clear where they still disagree. The free beta lets people read the chat, listen to the spoken debate, or jump in with their voice.
CBB Labs is partnered with AssemblyAI, whose speech AI powers the voice in DanceHall Studios and AI Panel’s voice answers. The studio is also part of Anthropic’s Claude for Startups program.
Where We're Going
We want to make the manual work disappear. We believe every person will soon have a personal AI assistant, with agents that talk to other agents to handle bookings, follow-ups, and busywork.
We’re going deeper into the problems we solve. DanceHall Studios now runs 4 studios and has moved over $50,000 in payments from students to their teachers. Kishan is steering it toward non-profits and teaching institutes. Paaras is exploring the enterprise vertical. Kishan and Paaras are both determined to scale CBB.
We’re building ways to orchestrate and control products across chat, voice, and phone calls. The Agentic Booking SDK is our first prototype of that vision. Any company can plug it in to bring AI-driven bookings into its own systems.
We’re just getting started. We’ll build more agents and help more companies transform their workflows. We’re bootstrapped, and we’ll keep creating lower-cost software solutions for people who want to build.
